Paid for AVG Ultimate through Bestbuy but showing expiration in 29 days

I purchased a digital download of AVG ultimate through bestbuy.  Downloaded the program and have the same problem many others are having.  After installation, the AVG is showing I only have the free version and it expires in  29 days.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice.  I have signed out several times and signed back in, still same window.  On the web site it shows I have the paid Pro (Ultimate) version.  I called support and they want to charge me more money to fix it…a lot more money. 
Any ideas???
