Two questions:
1) Since I discovered that I still don't have AVG Premium, yesterday I made a payment of 23,98 euro after your request by Ideal for an update to Premium for one year (discount offer). After that I didn't get a link to make the application update. On my AMRO bankaccount I saw this amount was substracted to a (German?) account named (removed).
Please send me back my payment or send me the requested update to Premium.
2) Controling everything via my AVG-account I discoverd too that I am listed twice for AVG PC Tune Up: one ending September 2023 and the other one December 2024. The last one of these two I want to end, it was my first attempt to upgrade to Premium, but I think I got the wrong program as I discovered now. So please pay me back the amount of my last invoice nr. (removed) ad 42,96 euro from from last December. So this September I can make a new prolongation of my older version of the program. My bankaccount is (removed). It has no use two pay twice for the same program, so I hope you understand my kindly request.
For the rest I always have been very satisfied with your free version of AVG, but I think now is the time to upgrade for a better protection.
