Paid for Renewal for AVG PC Tune-Up but still not activated

I for the annual renewal for AVG PC Tune-Up Unlimited last week but the renewal could not be activated.
I contacted the technical support, and even gave them access to my computer to change the settings and still could not solve after an hour.
Have not heard from AVG after the incident.
Requested for a full refund based on the 30 day money back guarantee - and still not response from AVG.
