On 9.15 I paid for an Antivirus annual subscription, however, I am still getting the message that my Free Trial will expire soon. When I paid, it told me to open the product and at the upper right corner to enter my user ID and password. There is no place to do this, neither in the upper right, nor anywhere else. If this software will not reflect my paid subscription status, provide full functionality and I continue to receive "Buy Now" prompts and annoying ads, I would like a refund, please.
