Selon mon récent relevé de carte de crédit, j'ai effectué un paiement auprès de "DRI * AVG TECHNOL SHANNON".
Malheureusement, je ne suis pas au courant d'avoir effectué ce paiement.
Puis-je simplement annuler ce paiement?

According to my recent credit card statement, I made a payment with "DRI * AVG TECHNOL SHANNON".
Unfortunately, I am not aware of having made this payment.
Can I simply cancel this payment?

I see from your record that you have got charged for the automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security Unlimited and AVG TuneUp Unlimited on 2018-11-04.

I have cancelled the automatic renewal for these orders and you will not be charged by AVG automatically in the future.
