Password for AVG Antivirus

Moira, Which AVG product are you actually using?.

I want to delete 90 quarantined files and a box pops up saying AVG AntiVirus wants to make changes.  Type your password to allow this.  As I failed to select the right password eventually I was able to opt to reset it.  I did this AND IT STILL just shook to say it was wrong!!!  And yet I used it to access this Community.  Anyone help me please?
