I'm trying to use my AVG password for my AVGTuneUp password, and it continues to say it's incorrect. However, it won't allow me to reset the AVGTune Up password. The login just "shakes" and asks me to reenter the password. Help! Very frustrating.

I did, and it doesn't work (so weird), but "shakes" to retry another password. Why would my AVG account password NOT be the password for AVGTuneUp Premium???

I figured it out. The password being requested was for my laptop…although the AVGTuneUp Premium logo was on the page requesting password, so I assumed that was the one needed. All good.
