Password Protection keeps turning off

Is there a way to stop Password Protection from turning off all the time? It worked perfectly when I first installed the software, but over the past 2 or 3 months, the Password Protection fails to start up.

Any help / quick fix would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi You have caceled my Password Protector my subscription is to 2023 please can you tell me how to turn on again.
