From Alan's translation, I understand that you are unable to activate AVG Password Protection on your computer. I apologize for the inconvenience.
I have checked our records and see that there is a synchronization issue with the order and it is not reflected in our database. I have escalated the case to the concern team and it will take 10 business days to fix this issue.
