Password protection

I request you to provide the screenshot of "My AVG" showing as password protection shaded to assist further.

I bought Password protection for a PC running WIN 10 and Firefox and renewal date is shown but 'My AVG' show password protection shaded. Help is not helping because it tells me to click the top right hand corner and that only has 'X'.
I do not know if my passwords are protected or not and I have not found a way of asking AVG directly.
The app does not show up in my downloads.
I could do with some help on this
