I've purchased a subscription to Password protection but I can't activate it. I've followed the instructions but they seem to refer to something totally alien. Firstly, I have no connect button, I have no add devices and I have no home button. I don't know what to do, AVG don't seem to have any direct connection to technical support, evem chat doesn't work. I have a screenshot of my management window if it will help.
