I am having the exact same problem as Linda. And the article you downloaded doesn't resolve this issue. Just bought a 2-year subscription of password protection, was logged in when I made the purchase and AVG site said if I was logged in it would automatically download. Yet, password protection is not showing up as installed. Just tells me to "Lean More" and that link leads me to AVG site to purchase password protection. This is not a seemless download. Do not like. Please provide a solution that actually works.
I have purchased password protection a few days ago, have gone through the steps indicated but only see a "Buy Now" button every time I log in and click on password Protection. What am I missing? Directions say to open AVG log in and choose PW Protection then use it. This is frustrating to sy the least. Do I need to cancel the subscription?
