We regret the inconvenience you had with resetting the User Interface Password.
In this case, the only way to reset the password is we have to run AVG Clear tool in safe mode and boot the PC in normal mode and then install and activate AVG subscription.

Once the above process is done, please check with reinstallation and activation.

I lost my password. I must have changed it at some point and not changed it in my list of passwords. How can I recover my password for my internet security. The password works to get here, but I can't open the products on my subscription.
I have contacted support many times and they want to do a safe mode remotely but when they open that my computer does not connect to the internet and that ends that.
The program won't let me uninstall it so I can reinstall it either.
Any Ideas please?.
