I understand the inconvenience.
Are you checking your email through a client like Outlook or from the web browsers?

I attempted to change my password but the password reset email never showed up.  It's not in my spam folder.  My email address is fitespam@<domain>.  Does AVG have a problem with email addresses that contain the word spam?
