Password Reset on Android Not Changed for Windows

Hello:  I  reset my password for AVG using my Android phone, but when I tried to sign in on my PC I received a message that said my password was incorrect.  I've reset my password for other apps many times using the same method and I've never had any difficulty.  However, resetting my password for AVG on my smart-phone did not change the password on my PC.  I waited 30 minutes after using my phone before I tried to login to AVG on my PC.  Why wasn't the password also changed on my PC?  Thanks for any reply.

Please clarify whether you're attempting to login to AVG account through AVG program or browser.
Sometimes, this might happen if the keys typed are entered incorrectly.
Hence, we'd suggest you to type the password in a notepad or wordpad & then copy/paste it to the program to check if it helps.
