Payed for AVG driver updater instead for AVG Performance multidice

AVG probleem
Send  a letter with several attachments.  concerning a payment from a AVG updater with invoice nr. 3402051020… I thought it was a pre-order for the AVG Performance multidivice. Payed Euro 28.49. Would like to change that AVG updater with invoice nr. 3402051020 to a AVG Performance multidivice with additional surcharge if necessary. Erased the AVG updater with invoice nr. 3402051020 with Revo Uninstaller Pro. Why do 'nt AVG responce at my letter with the several several attachments
