2023-12-08 I bought AVG ULTIMATE. Price € 139,99 for 2 years (until dec. 2025). Payment Creditcard *******. Contents: Secure VPN; Internet Security; Tune Up and Antitrack.
2024-02-13 € 93,99 was charged by AVG for AVG Internet Security. Creditcard *******. Next payment 2025-12-02.
I do not understand the charge of € 93,99 (2024-02-13) (AVG Internet Security) because Internet Security is alresdy included in my AVG Ultimate that started on 2023-12-08.
Please can you explain the situation and my obligations? Thank you for your attention,
