Payment although prescription status expired

Thanks for the answer.
Maybe thats because I used a different email adress… (removed).
The paypal account that was used is connected to this account, too.

I didn't know the product would be automatically prolonged… I dont use it and cannot aford it now!
Please let this charge be refunded, because of Corona I lost my job and have bigger financial problems now.
and for the future I want to unsubscribe this product.

The product I purchased in 2019 (AVG internet security) was paid in 2020 without me wanting it (via paypal). I thought this software was bought for only 1 year.
In my account it says: prescription Status: expired. (end of may 2020).
at least I didnt want to prolong it!
Can this payment be returned?
