Payment came out of my account before my subscription was meant to reupload - REFUND NEEDED

I’ve been trying to find a way of contacting AVG about a payment that came out of my account that isn’t related to my subscription. Money came out of my account to AVG that doesn’t fit my subscriptions and came out 6 months before my payment is due to come out. Please contact me so I can be refunded this money

You need to contact them on their business page on either Facebook messenger or X to get an actual person to respond to you. Calling them/posting on this forum is futile
