Please be informed that AVG Secure VPN is an application which enables you to connect to the internet via secure VPN servers using an encrypted tunnel to protect your online activity from eavesdropping and not an Anti-Virus Program.

Please be informed that technical support for queries related to AVG products for Android platform is provided through email only. I request you to submit your query to them for assistance. You can contact them from within the AVG app.

Open AVG Anti-virus app/AVG Cleaner app.
Tap on the drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.

In case you still want a Refund, please let me know and I'll assist you with it.

Whats going on. I'm getting tired of trying to battle with AVG. I have just purchased the antivirus Pro[for the PC],the payment showing in my bank account but I still have the old' Please update' showing on my free version.  The cost was $74 and some cents, my account shows $94 and some cents ??
I paid the Black Friday special for my husbands phone, $6.49 but it is requesting that I update that…
 The PC was suposed to update automatically, well, not yet. The phone has never updated so far.
AVG used to be be so reliable but in recent years… hopeless. I cant update my other phone because I cant update my credit card details.  JUST refund me everything and I'll go elsewhere.

I would also like to inform you that the charge from our end is AUD 82.52 including VAT and Taxes. Please check the currency and contact your Bank regarding the amount debited from your account.
