AVG's online payment system does not accept credit card details and constantly fails to accept renewal payment.

I notice the number of people on AVG's 'Billing & MyAccount' thread with either unauthorised payments deducted or other billing issues for free products.
Seems to be a serial issue for AVG - and that is just for 2 months of this year.
Balasubramanian - AVG have not fixed access to payment options on the AVG website, or with the AVG Internet Security interface hot-link.
I will no longer support a so-called internet security company that cannot manage basic business requirements for accepting payments from customers who wish to renew (or in this case - a former customer).

The screenshot consists of hte words - 'Payment Authorisation Failed'. There is nothing else.
It is not anything to do with a browser (I have tried both Chrome and IE). The problem is with AVG Internet Security web interface and hot-link. The error is 'payment authorization failed'.
Also - on your own web-site after I'm logged in, there is refusal to process the Mastercard.
This is an AVG problem.
I can wait 48 hrs for you to fix it, or, after that, find an alternative.

Unfortunately, I attempted to do that this morning on the suggestion of Karthikeyan, only to be confronted with an AVG web-site that informed me 'chat' was not available.
So - another waste of my time.
