Paymet twice due to error from AVG and customer support really is hard

I have a suscription and I paid last year a promotion offer and after that the system charge the anual fee again, I try to communicate with someone and do not find the way to communicate with someone about this issue. Can someone knows how I can contact a support in spanish and try to TALK with someone about this.
