There was an unanticipated renovation to my PC. I came on today and all my documents in the Document folder are swept away, totally. I want them restored so I can back them up. Where have these been placed so that I can restore them. I did not purchase the AVG product for it to ravage my favorites.
Plus, I purchased the premium version on May 19, 2021; however, the inducement is ever before me to upgrade to the premium version as though my payment to AVG never occurred. I certainly need resolution of this issue, PLEASE.
