Please let us know if you're able to shut down your PC.
Do you receive any error message when you try to shut down your PC? Is AVG Internet Security still installed on your PC?
Also, do you have any conflicting antivirus software(s) installed on your PC?
Kindly elaborate your issue & share us more details.

NO, NO, NO!!! I NEVER, NEVER ASKED FOR refund for 18279242510 order.
Apparently you have never read my communication. As I have informed you, I cannot close my LP. I therefore demand, that you remove the blockage immediately.
