By mistake, I SET IN SLEEP MODE ALL THE PROGRAMS " WHICH SLOW DOWN " the PC.
Consequence, my PC does not start any more, I obtain a blue screen mentioning the code 0xc000021a
What I have to do ?

Start the computer in Safe Mode using the instructions on the article http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode
Start Command Prompt with Administrator Privileges -
Type the command -
a. DISM /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
b. cd to Windows\WinSxS folder
c. move pending.xml pending.old
