Since downloading your software packages my PC has been hanging up and and or slowing down. Resolution – reboot – today that no longer worked.
Anti virus continues to find multi-able copies of win32/heri and wants to remove it only to find that same app a few minutes later.
I do not have a international phone, I use the internet for calling around – 1844 is not a toll free number for me. I am frustrated and getting more pissed daily. I am a customer and have paid money to be able to say that. I want this matter resolved or my money back so that I can go to someone else who does like me as a customer. By-the-way I have been using AVG off and on for the last 15 years and until now have been happy, but then I never needed to contact you before.
