Hi, I’m now getting very frustrated as this is the 4th day my PC is still not working. Job reference 06245577
my email from senior support say to go online this evening and download blah blah blah…if only I could access the PC…I have sent several emails with full error messages. AVG tune up has BLOWN up my PC… please get someone to collate all my messages and provide me with a proper solution.
The only option that appears left to me is me is to RESET … please can this be escalated to be dealt with. ASAP.
