Thank you for the answer but you missunderstand something. I have and use about years AVG Ultimate incl. Tune Up. Tune Up tell me the Licence is out of time although I have a License for AVG Ulltimate. After i download the new Version of Tune Up i am miss 21 Functions.

Our developers has designed the product in such a way depending upon the customer reviews & number of customers using those features.
The concerned team is working on future developments & an effective, user friendly user interface.
It isn't recommended to downgrade the program's version. However, if you prefer, we'll help you with the steps to downgrade.

Today i start my PC and PC Tune Up pop up and tell me : the License ist now out of Time, please buy PC Tune Up.
I have AVG Ultimate incl. PC Tune Up ! After hours of searching and trying i uninstall PC Tune Up and gos to my Account and dowload there PC Tune Up and installed.
After the Install the big Shock! All Features erased, Defrag, Registrydefrag+Cleaning, One Clickbutton in the icon with right, êtc. etc.
And now runs the PC about 8 hours for cleaning and stand by 87% with the Message Diskcleaner Plugin is running,, please wait for few minutes!
Sorry, this ist not the Product how i am buying, this is downgrading. Sorry for my English, i am from Siwtzerland.
Please fix this or next year i quit AVG + PC Tune Up.

The features you have mentined are available in old version, we have released a new versio recently.
You received the out of time error to update your license in new version.
You have installed the latest version of AVG Tuneup from AVG MyAccount and that's why those features were missing.
We will forward your suggestion to our developers team, they will check and work on it.
