PC Tune Up Disc Check stopped at 12%

Yes, Amanda. You can run this disk check mod later as well. There won't be any problem is using this tool after few days as well.

I need clarification on advice I was given after I ran the disc check item and it stopped for over an hour on 12%. In the end I did a hard close and then tried to start up my laptop. It did start up and it was going to continue doing the disc cleanup at 12% but I managed to google on my phone to press space bar to stop it.  Since then I have odd system error msgs pop up, 1 including a Logitech problem. I saw on PC Tune Up that I can undo changes on the day I tried the disc cleanup? I really regret clicking the option in the 1st place and won't do it again - in meantime how do I fix the windows 10 maintenance/system error warnings that pop up? Do I use the "undo changes" option in PC Tune Up?

I understand the inconvenience. In some cases, the disk check may appear unresponsive for extensive period of time, typically at the 27% mark. In such case, please allow up to 1 hour for the scan to finish, and do not shut down or restart your computer.
In case you want to disable the disk check after it was enabled:
Restart your computer (only if the computer is unresponsive during the startup computer scan). There is a 1 second prompt to skip the disk check before it is started. Press the SPACE key repeatedly during the computer bootup to make sure you skip the disk check.
Download the following tool:
CheckDisk mod
Run the downloaded tool, and then click Continue.
Message Work done will be shown shortly. The disk check during computer startup is now disabled.
My Question:
Can I download the disk check from the link given in original email and run it anytime after my computer has been restarted as I did not run it immediately after it came back up after the 12% error?
Will it stop the random system error msgs I have got after stopping the Disk check when it was stuck at 12%? I also got an error messages about Run time files on C:
My Question:
Can  I now download Checkdisk Mod and run even it is a few days after the initial event happened?
Thanks
