Just received my renewal for PC tune up, which I have but is not in my subscriptions so I can't check it. In the email it says original order date: 13 August 2019, Expiry date is 15 November 2019, billing cost £69.99. None of this makes sense, how can I pay £69.99 for three months when I can pay less for a years subscription. Has anyone any ideas on this please.

First of all, I'd like to confirm that your original order date is 15th Nov 2018. Recently, AVG is partnered with the established eCommerce provider Digital River, which manages the online sale and distribution of AVG products and services.
The original order date is reflecting as 13th Aug 2019 due to the migration of your subscription to digital river. I'd like to confirm there is nothing wrong with your subscription details.
