Im also having an issue with getting updates for pu tune up. Im receiving the make sure your connected to the internet error. Ive updated my network adapters, shut down/reopened, uninstalled and reinstalled then i checked the logs and despite anti virus having an allow rule for update wizard it was blocking it everytime. So I went in and adjusted the permissions for the update wizard with the details from the last 20 blocks which were all the same, it allowed it out but then blocked it coming back…the application used different settings and protocols for some random reason.
