PC Tuneup changed animation for Windows Hearts game

I ran PC Tuneup for the first time and let it make recommended changes including those to animations. However, I see that the Windows Hearts game now runs without animations.  Is there a way to turn animation back on?  I am referring to the animation when a card is moved from one pile to another.  The animation is instantaneous instead of flowing, so I can't see where the cards go

Thanks, I was able to restore things so that the animations came back.
