I tried the free Tuneup on a Win Vista laptop. Since then the system hangs or takes up to 30 sec. to respond to a command. Excel now will sometimes just quit or not save data. Many other problems mostly caused by excess time to respond. To get anything done at all I have to turn on the computer and let it run for an hour before using. How can I undo what it did or just make it work again?

We are sorry to know that the trial version expired. In this case we suggest you to uninstall the AVG PC TuneUp installed in your computer and the check if you are able to use your computer as usual. If you have set the password protection in AVG PC TuneUp, then you need to enter the password to get into the application.
