Hello Barry.
We're here to help. Could you provide a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the maintenance scan window?

When I hit the maintenance button in PC TuneUp, the program just gets stuck at 86%, with only System Junk still scanning. Is there a way to exclude System Junk so I can run the rest of it? Or fix the issue?
