I got this pc tuneup program in June 2015.  Had some medical problems and didn't try to download right away.  When I tried to download it,  a message came up.  The message said key code was incorrect.  Tried to get a key code from the help section.  They sent the same key code to me  and of course  it didn't work either.   I paid for this product and now over 4 and 1/2 months have passed without being able to use it. Any one have this problem?
