I have an active 2 year subscription for PC TuneUp Unlimited. But suddenly today it pops up and thinks I am running the free version and prompts me to buy a the full version. I checked the instructions for activating via Zen using my AVG Account but Zen already shows me as "connected" to that account! How can I fix this?

May I suggest that you pass this information on to your online-chat support people as they had no idea about this simple fix due to using an old version.
May I also say that it would have made sense for the software itself to report that there was a new version that should be installed.
