As the title says, I have been using AVG PC Tuneup for almost a month now, but today for some reason, AVG Zen is telling me that I need to upgrade in order to use it fully. When I went online to see if I were due for renewal, there was a message confirming that I was still subscribed for the service, and that if I renewed it I would just be pushing back the payment date to October. I tried renewing it anyway to see if it would solve my issue, however it most certainly didn't.

I did a full uninstall and reinstall of the AVG products on my PC, logged in and out, and even left the network and reconnected it with hopes that doing those might help, but to no avail. I've also looked at similar situations but haven't found one with a solution after what I have already done.
Please help, I would rather not request a refund as the program does normally work well for me.

Please follow that email instructions and get connected with them. They will activate AVG TuneUp unlimited in your PC.
