My PC Tuneup tells me there is an update. When I go to get it, it says I have no internet connection. I removed my old 2013 version and installed the 2015 version. Same problem. I switched from WiFi to a direct LAN connection. Same problem. Multiple reboots. Same problem. Turned off AVG firewall protection. Same problem. I have a very firm 16 Mbps connection and have been able to do everything on the internet except run this one program. What's wrong?
