I have one specific PDF that I receive weekly that is going directly to quarantine with the above message. The other PDFs are all ok. There's a question to whether or not "ebook converter" is causing this issue with AVG. I'm using windows where it's happening. It comes across on my tablet and phone just fine. How can I resolve this issue.

Open AVG Internet Security -> Hacker Attacks -> Ransomware Protection -> Allowed/ Blocked apps -> Blocked apps -> check and remove that PDF file if listed.
