Pending charge transaction on my credit card

Hi - I see there is a pending transaction on my credit card which I wish to cancel.  I have been in touch with my bank and they have advised the following:

​​​​​​Please ask the merchant to send us a Request to Release Authorization.
Email Address: card_support@westpac.co.nz
Subject Line: Request to Release Authorization.

The email must include the following:
Last four digits of the card used
Your Name
Purchase Amount
Authorization/Approval Code 310721 0042             69.99 AP R29721 
DRI*AVG Technologies  R29721 / Approve           1              $69.99

I am loathe to put my card details and name on this message but if you email me on the address on the account then I will advise the details required by the bank
