Yes that seemed to do the trick. A little bit of fiddling and restarting the computer etc, but all up and running properly again. Thanks. Cheers

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to log out Zen and log in again and check whether performance gets activated.
1) Open AVG Zen interface.
2) Click on "connected" at the top and select log out as admin
3) Then click on the same place and select "Leave the network"
4) Again click on the same place and select log into Zen network
5) Make sure that you enter the credentials on existing AVG my account field and click on connect.
See whether the protection and performance gets the pro version installed and it shouldn't have the trial notices on it.

Hi, I bought AVG Pro and AVG Performance in Jan 2016. Performance has just told me that it has expired and i need to get Pro to be fully covered.
Any ideas? This should not happen, it's been fine since January???
