Are you getting any campaign pop-up to purchase AVG TuneUp program for resolving performance issues after finishing the scan with AVG Internet Security program?

When I run the smart scan, AVG reports there are performance issues. My question is; if I allow AVG to resolve the issues, can I be 100% sure my pc will run as normal with no problems afterwards if I allow the software to make the changes, as there seems to be a lot of problems.
