I tried to reinstall different build version of Tuneup2014 like 324,340 etc … but my official key is always not valid.
Which Tuneup2014 version should be installed with Windows 10 ?
What a terrible company. I was thinking of subscribing to the latest version on my newer PC's but after this… no thanks.

Tuneup 2014 is now fixed in Windows 10 (Thanks) but the program does not work in Windows 11 (Yes eleven) at all?
None of the programs work in Windows 11 even after an upgrade or a fresh install.
Please, if possible, can you fix the program to work in Windows 11

I have a perpectual license for TuneUp 2014 that AVG expired with no reason.
Please understand that all of us, who are claiming, we don't care if AVG has further support, bug fixes or maintenance for TuneUp Utilities 2014.
We only want it to work with our perpectual license, as it should be.
Please teel us how to activate our product again, with our perpectual license.

Well, it needs to be considered "experience".
While I apprecitate responses from 1st level support we are receiving here again and again, the 1st level support is hired company providing "1st level support service" for many companies. They have 1. access to knowledbe base; 2. ability to forward question to the true support of the particular company (AVG here). Nothing more. Don't interpret "we are working on solution" the wrong way - it doesn't mea n"solution is on the way", it mean "we know nothing, we escalated issue to (true) AVG and we are waiting for answer". AVGs may respond anything - including "we don't care, it's EOL".
What we should remember - AVG (I mean true AVG, not the 1st level "just forwarding" service) is unable to respond within 20 days. It says everything you should know about the company. Imagine it's AVG Antivirus is deleting your important files and such unfortunate bug is not addresses within 20 days. Imagine a new dangerous virus - and AVG unable to detect it for 20 days despite it has been aware of the issue.
I can be patient - even forever.TuneUp 2014 utilities are just over, I need no it. It's experience with AVG that counts now. The most important one - AVG is cheating. It sells "perpetual" licence/software with "date of expiration" set. It just can't be "programmers error". It has been intentional. May be there has been a reason to do it, but matter still counts - perpetual license with expired date set is just not intended to be perpetual. And customers has not been informed about it.
And second experience - AVG (again I mean true AVG, not forwarding service) is unable to respond for 20 days. Even "we will not solve it" response.
It needs to be considered before next buy. it's not about "we are upset, so we will deny AVG product" is about "AVG seems to be unable to take it's task".

We would also like to inform you that the license server for these old licenses will be down, probably by second quarter of this year. After shutting down the license server, nothing will change for the active customers as the product will be still active. However it wont be possible to reinstall, reactivate or transfer the product to another device.

While I welcome your attempt to help, you missed the topic in full.
I'm not asking "how to upgrade", for patches, new features, WIndows 10 support (or support at all) and all those other thinks you are speaking about. I'm doesn't trying to reinstall product or move it to other computer. I'm not reporting the program bug.
I will try ask once more. I has paid for perpetual licence, AVG issued me a time limited a key instead. It has expired on 1.1.2021 and utility ceased to work.
Will AVG consider it "unfortunate mistake" and will issue true perpetual key to me, the key I has paid for ?
I has been unable to recignize the wrong key has been issued to me untill it has expired. I expect AVG will take responsibility. It's matter of trust.

Like the others my "perpetual" license for 2014 suddenly expired. I'm not asking for continued support, patches or new features; I just want the perpetual license that I have paid for to be reinstated. Please email the information to get my license to work again.

Hi All
For those who install the perpetual Licence for Tuneup2014 which has now expired, there is a temporary work around.
Set your PC clock to a date in 2020 and it will work again. Just remember to reset the clock date when you've finished.

On 4/23/2014 I has bought perpetual license of TuneUp Utilities 2014 Full Version License for up to 3 PCs. Yesterday the program has complained that the license has expired. Even attempt to re-enter license key has failed, because license key is claimed expired.
Perpetual license doesn't expire, isn't it ?
