REQUEST REFUND  - UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE
Very good days. My name es CMPO.
I get in touch with you to help me solve a very serious problem that has been created with the collection and subscription of some products of your company AVG.
Last year in 2019 I bought a product from AVG (AVG PC Tune up Multidevice)and I was a satisfied client.
This is a situation now about being bought again the same porduct, I mean, you have charged it from my credit card. and I didn´t want to do, but I paid you without my permission. You didn´t ask for me from new subscription in 2020.
I have already sent you a complaint (from e-mail) and it HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN, or more accurately, you could say that your website does not put many facilities in the moment of handling complaints, complaints or incidents.
So,

First of all, I would like to inform you that I wish to stop being an AVG client and therefore formally request you to proceed to CANCEL all my existing subscriptions in your database, which as of today (AVG PC Tune up).
Secondly, I beg you to pay me to the bank account that appears in the bank statement the amount that I have been charged improperly, which amounts to a total of 44'99 €.
Thirdly, I request you NOT TO CHARGE TO MY BANK ACCOUNT or to MY CREDIT / DEBIT CARD any other charges for products of your AVG brand or AVG affiliate companies.
Fourthly, I wish to make use of my right to MODIFY / CANCEL personal data, regulated by the Personal Data Protection Act and therefore, I REQUEST THAT THE FULLEST OF MY PERSONAL DATA CANCELED / DELETED FROM ITS DATABASE AND FROM ANY OTHER DATABASE CIVILIZED BY YOU TO THIRD COMPANIES OF THE AVG GROUP.
