you have charged me 2 times for services I already paid for with a 2 year contract
Hello. I’m sure people would not reach out to the community for answers if they could receive responsible answers from the company. Your site is filled with sales information telling the customer how great it would be if they would sign up for one or a hundred of your products, yet when they need help, they get information on how to receive help, yet it will all come back to the same page, with no help. So far I’ve been on here one hour with no results for my “surprise” bank deduction for a product I did not order.
Is there a phone number to call. I was charged twice for my renewal.

Hi my VPN is not working and I have one subscription not visible I lost my email , please help me send me the details with order number . My information still exists in my previous phone I have past on, help cancel the data usage in other phones iam using dogee sp61 only for this number.0621608720/0798423199 only. And I suspect tracking in my number help to block if included in my subscription if not tell me if theres tracking so that I will buy one of the product to protect my data as a valid avg costumer, is 17 years trusting avg product although I was not using it full-time.
