I had a bunch of pic in my photo vault, Suddenly, the app said that I needed to restore my pictures and asked me for my "old" pin number. I have had the same PIN number since I opened my account, and now this is happening. Every time I enter my PIN number, the app says "incorrect PIN" How can I retrieve my pics?? How can I find out which is the "old PIN"??
