Since the auto renewal was enabled for its first purchase, this charge was debited automatically.
It will be enabled when you agree to the terms and conditions of AVG purchase.
If the auto renewal is enabled, you will be charged prior in order to make sure that you get uninterrupted service of the product.
However, this will not affect the remaining days valid on your current subscription as it would get added up after the renewed.
The subscription that you have can be still used for unlimited devices. We have recently started advertising it as for 10 devices by considering certain factors.
You should see the subscription details under AVG MyAccount. If not, there is some synchronization issue with the server.
To fix that, we request you to send us the screenshot of AVG MyAccount page through the email that we have sent now.
