Please cancel my subscription

I want to cancel my trial, but it doesn’t show up in my account.

Hi, just want to know if you got yours cancelled.
I’m having the same issue. I can’t find it on my account, and it seems like there’s a problem in the syncing.
Did you perhaps remember inputting your card details?
I read that if not, we don’t need to manually cancel it, but I don’t remember mine and the app indicates the date of the next charge.

Hello. I’ve just discovered that the subscription seems to be linked to the email address I used to pay, not the one on my AVG account. I’ve now written to support at X and received an immediate response. It’s best to contact support there.

Correct, either X or facebook messenger will work. Which is ridiculous to even say since you should just be able to call them
