We would request you to elaborate more about the issue and give one change for us to assist you.

1. Could you please let us know what is the exact issue you are facing with both AVG applications?
2. Is there any error message you are facing while launching the applications?
3. Please share the operating system and it's version you are using?
4. Would you be so kind as to forward me a screenshot of the relevant page which will help us to understand the issue better?

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I purchased both AVG Antivirus Protection and TuneUp two days ago and am unable to use either program on my computer–have uninstalled, downloaded again from your site, reinstalled three times. Am still unable to use.  

Would like a full refund of all subscriptions.  Will go directly to bank next if no response within 48 hours.
