I cant find the cancel subscription button on my AVG tune up and believe me I have looked ?

We have cancelled the auto renewal service for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (1 Year) subscription.
You should have received the email confirming the same.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
